Carmella - Female Lhasa Apso / Cocker Spaniel Mix
Carmella is a 2 1/2 yr. old female Lhasa Apso/Cocker Spaniel Mix who weighs 22 lbs. She is a very energetic girl who came into rescue when her owner could no longer care for her. She would do best with stay-at-home humans and another active dog who she can learn social skills from. Carmella is a very smart girl who needs ongoing mental and physical stimulation, and she would benefit from some training, perhaps agility training. She is not suitable for a home where TV is the main sport! This is a beautiful Cocker/Lhasa girl who wants to play and go places! She even invents her own games when Foster Mom is busy. She is working on her housetraining and doing very well. This gorgeous, energetic girl 'talks' in a growly voice, which makes some people think she is growling when she is just trying to communicate. Carmella would do best with an experienced human. She is fostering in Florida.
