Blue is a 10 yr. old male Shih Tzu who weighs 12 lbs. This handsome boy likes to follow his foster mom and stay by her side all the time. He runs around and acts like a puppy from time to time, although he prefers to relax near his human. He's a bit protective of his favorite person, and walks at a slower pace.
